Job Purpose

This role is to provide management cover and support for the reporting locations to create a Customer centric service department driven by highly engaged service staff that provides a satisfactory return on the capital and human resources invested to achieve customer retention. He should implement the dealer standards laid down by the Principles at the directly reporting branches and be a market leader in the region. To be seen as a highly motivated leader with strong people focus and exceptional interpersonal skills that will help to bring synergies in the inert departments and leverage their strengths for business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • To achieve and exceed the budgeted target on Net sales, Gross Margins  for all locations by maximizing the revenue streams and optimizing key Service KPI’s of Productivity, Efficiency and Utilization.
  • To, implement and improve the service process at all locations to enhance the Customer service experience and retain CSI no 1
  • To work with directly reporting to Service Manager on developing, implementing and improving on the Standard service transaction defined by manufacturer.
  • To develop and implement systems for motivating the team members to increase their engagement levels and attract new comers and to be a company of choice through  development, regular meetings and defining career path for highly engaged workforce in the directly reporting locations.
  • To assess and recommend the requirement of Facility, manpower and Equipment in anticipation of the future business requirement for directly reporting locations.
  • To coordinate with W.shop Mgrs/ Branch Incharge to ensure branch operations are in line with HSSE, Auditory compliance.
  • To resolve manpower issues and ensure employee engagement

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Graduate Engineer in Mechanical/Automobile.

Experience

  • 8-10 years in Automotive service department in a dealership handling operations / branch.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Understands Automobile Engineering, Usage in Dealer Management systems and MS office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, Leadership skills, People focus and Excellent Customer handling skills.
  • Strong  administrative and team management competence is critical for this job.
