Automotive Master Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Master Technician to lead advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and mentor junior technicians. The role demands expertise in mechanical and electronic vehicle systems and ensures vehicles are serviced to the highest manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostics on engine, transmission, suspension, electrical, and electronic systems.

• Carry out complex mechanical and technical repairs with minimal supervision.

• Use OEM diagnostic tools and software to resolve fault codes and intermittent issues.

• Test and inspect completed work for quality assurance.

• Guide and support junior technicians with technical issues and best practices.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of modern automotive systems including hybrids and EVs.

• Complete job cards accurately and on time.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Automotive Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.

• Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on experience in vehicle diagnostics and repair.

• Certified Master Technician status (OEM or industry-recognized preferred).

• Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and vehicle software systems.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Valid UAE Manual Driving License is mandatory.
