Automotive Quick Service Technician

Job Purpose:

To perform efficient and quality quick service maintenance (e.g., oil changes, tyre, battery, brakes) on passenger vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to Tyreplus SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quick service tasks: oil/filter changes, tyre replacement, battery changes, brake service, AC top-up, basic diagnostics.

• Conduct wheel alignment and balancing using proper equipment.

• Follow safety standards and service SOPs.

• Communicate job status and findings to supervisor or service advisor.

• Identify additional issues and document on job cards.

• Keep tools/equipment clean and in working order.

• Prepare vehicles for delivery, ensuring all work is completed and old parts returned if needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma; vocational certificate preferred.

• 2–4 years' experience in quick service vehicle maintenance.

• Knowledge of automotive systems, tools, and safety procedures.

• Basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
