Job Purpose
The Business Analyst in the After Sales Department is responsible for analysing after sales data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance after sales performance, forecast trends, and support decision-making.
Job Responsibilities
• Analyze after sales data ( Service and Spare parts) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor after sales performance.
• Act as window person for OEM for any forecast or actual reports or adhoc data needed.
• Liaise with Group IT and MIS on optimizing the reporting or system outputs for after sales data.
• Create accurate after sales forecasts based on historical data, market conditions, and industry trends for both services and parts verticals.
• Collaborate with Service manager, parts manager and workshop leads to develop data-driven sales plans and targets.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities to optimize after sales strategies.
• Work with the CRM team to enhance the use of customer data in after sales strategies.
• Act as a liaison between the after sales team and other departments, including marketing, finance, and Sales
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Track the achievement of after sales KPIs and targets, providing actionable insights for underperforming areas.
• Monitor branch performance and provide benchmarks against industry standards.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or certifications in Business Analysis, Data Science, or Sales Analytics are a plus.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the automotive or retail sector.
Proven experience in sales data analysis, forecasting, and process improvement.
