Job Purpose

Business Development Manager role is to drive sales growth, expand market reach, and develop strategic partnerships for our ARTC. The role will identify new business opportunities, enhance customer relationships, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and market share. The role will focus on external business development by exploring adjacent businesses and new market horizons while identifying synergies with other ARG companies.

Job Responsibilities

•    Develop and implement business development strategies to increase vehicle sales, after-sales revenue, and overall ARTC business.
•    Identify and establish relationships with corporate clients, fleet buyers, and government agencies to drive bulk sales.
•    Explore new market opportunities, adjacent businesses, and potential dealership expansions.
•    Conduct market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitive pricing.
•    Monitor competitor activities and develop differentiation strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
•    Work with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns based on market insights.
•    Represent ARTC at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to generate leads.
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, business partners, and stakeholders.
•    Act as an internal consultant to Sales, After-Sales, and Finance departments to optimize operations and identify new opportunities.
•    Collaborate with other ARG companies to explore and implement synergistic business opportunities.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management, preferably in the automotive industry.

 

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of vehicle sales, financing options, and dealership operations.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
