HVAC Technician - Ductman

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Ductman to install, assemble, and repair duct systems for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning in commercial and residential buildings. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with duct fabrication, installation, and related HVAC support work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and HVAC layout plans.

• Fabricate, install, and repair ductwork (GI and PI ducts) as per specifications.

• Measure and mark dimensions and reference lines on material.

• Cut, bend, and assemble sheet metal to form duct systems.

• Ensure proper insulation and sealing of ducts.

• Collaborate with HVAC technicians and supervisors to ensure system efficiency.

• Comply with safety standards and company procedures.

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma in HVAC or equivalent trade certification.

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a ductman in HVAC projects.

• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools related to ductwork.

• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces when required.

• Good physical condition and attention to detail.
