Group Marketing Operations Manager
(UAE National | Middle Management Role)
Role Purpose
Role Purpose
The Group Marketing Operations Manager ensures the smooth, compliant, and efficient execution of marketing activities across the Group. The role focuses on optimising marketing workflows, enabling cross-functional coordination, and implementing governance frameworks in collaboration with Finance, Procurement, Legal, Group IT, Human Capital, and Group Audit.
The role is critical to maintaining operational discipline, budget control, risk management, and consistent delivery across Group and Company marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Operations & Workflow Management
- Coordinate marketing processes with Finance, Procurement, Legal, Group IT, Human Capital, and Group Audit to ensure clarity, efficiency, and timely execution.
- Ensure adherence to approved workflows, timelines, approval structures, and escalation paths.
- Act as the central coordination point to remove operational bottlenecks and enable effective execution.
2. Governance, Process & Compliance Enablement
- Ensure marketing activities comply with Group policies, brand governance frameworks, procurement standards, and approval protocols.
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), RACI matrices, and marketing governance documentation.
- Support Company marketing teams in meeting governance requirements while maintaining delivery timelines.
3. Budget & Resource Management
- Coordinate consolidated marketing budget planning, tracking, and reporting across Group companies.
- Monitor spend against approved budgets and flag variances, risks, or inefficiencies.
- Work closely with Finance on budget approvals, accruals, forecasting, and financial controls.
4. Vendor Pool & Agency Management
- Manage the Group-wide marketing vendor and agency pool in line with approved procurement frameworks.
- Coordinate RFP processes in collaboration with Procurement, Legal, and Finance.
- Ensure vendors operate within approved scopes, contracts, SLAs, and brand standards.
- Track vendor performance, compliance, and commercial effectiveness.
5. Project Management – Critical Executions & Events
- Lead operational project management for critical marketing initiatives, high-profile campaigns, and Group-level events.
- Develop project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation measures.
- Coordinate stakeholders and act as the escalation point to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Experience & Qualifications
- UAE National
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, PMO, or business operations roles
- Experience working with Finance, Procurement, Legal, IT, HR, and Audit functions
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
- Project management certification is an advantage

This position is responsible for owning and managing client communities, ensuring successful acquisition, and enhancing overall client satisfaction. The Marketing Manager is a key driver in shaping the company's market presence and fostering strong client relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for designated business clusters within similar industries. Identify market opportunities, target audience, and competitive positioning to drive business growth.
- Client Community Ownership: Establish and maintain client communities to facilitate engagement, communication, and networking among clients. Build and nurture strong relationships to drive brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Client Acquisition: Create and implement client acquisition plans to expand the client base within the designated business clusters. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to reach acquisition targets.
- Client Satisfaction Management: Monitor and enhance client satisfaction through data-driven strategies. Collect feedback, assess client needs, and lead initiatives to improve overall client experience.
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional marketing methods, to promote products and services within the targeted industries.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets for designated clusters, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources and tracking ROI.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product development, sales, and customer support to align marketing strategies with business goals

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools.
- Demonstrated project management and budget management skills.
Experience
- 2+ years of relevant marketing experience
- Track record of successful go-to-market strategy development and execution.
- Experience in community building and management.
- Demonstrated ability to acquire and retain clients in competitive markets.
