Job Purpose
The Network Development Manager is responsible for optimizing and expanding ARTC’s network across sales and after-sales locations in the UAE. This role ensures that the network is strategically positioned to enhance customer accessibility, drive business growth, and maintain operational excellence. The incumbent will develop network expansion plans, ensure compliance with brand and operational standards, and enhance performance to achieve commercial objectives. Additionally, the role includes oversight of facility management, Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) compliance, financial monitoring, and optimization of existing network operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a network strategy aligned with ARTC’s business goals for sales and after-sales operations.
- Identify new market opportunities and propose expansion plans to strengthen ARTC’s presence across the UAE.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site selection, and financial analysis for new locations
- Ensure that all dealers comply with brand guidelines, corporate identity standards, and facility requirements.
- Analyze sales performance, service capacity, and market demand to optimize network coverage.
- Work closely with the Sales and After-Sales teams to ensure the dealership network supports customer needs effectively.
- Implement initiatives to enhance service quality, reduce turnaround time, and improve customer retention.
- Develop strong relationships with dealer principals and key stakeholders to foster collaboration and business growth.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements, franchise agreements, and ARTC’s operational policies.
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the UAE automotive sector.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on network expansion, customer preferences, and industry best practices.
- Ensure that all ARTC locations meet safety, security, and environmental standards while maintaining high-quality facility management.
- Conduct financial performance analysis of the existing network and provide optimization recommendations for cost efficiency and profitability.
- Develop and implement scorecards to measure qualitative and quantitative KPIs for each facility within the network.
- Lead the Ideal Retail Planning project to optimize retail network efficiency and customer engagement.
- Support the creation of innovative retail formats, including experience centers, used car hubs, quick service centers, test drive centers, EV centers, and accessory centers.
- Establish collaboration and synergies with other ARG companies to leverage shared resources and drive operational efficiencies.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Automotive Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in network development, dealer operations, or automotive business development.
- Strong understanding of the UAE automotive market, dealer operations, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in dealership network expansion, sales planning, and after-sales service optimization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Written and verbal communication in English and Arabic (other regionally spoken languages would be an added advantage)
