Job Purpose
To deliver hands-on operational training for construction equipment to customer operators and internal stakeholders, ensuring safe, efficient, and optimal use of machinery, while promoting product reliability and reducing misuse-related breakdowns.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions on the operation, basic troubleshooting, and daily maintenance of construction machinery
- Visit customer sites to assess operator practices and provide tailored instruction
- Prepare training materials, user guides, and evaluation reports
- Perform practical demonstrations for new machine handovers and customer trials
- Support service and sales teams by providing technical feedback from the field
- Assist in identifying operator misuse, abuse, or poor maintenance issues during service cases
- Ensure alignment with safety and compliance standards during training programs
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Diploma or Technical Certification in Mechanical/Automotive/Heavy Equipment
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience operating and/or training on heavy construction machinery
Knowledge & Skills
- Deep familiarity with CE equipment (excavators, loaders, rollers, etc.)
- Effective presentation and instructional skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to communicate in English and other regional languages preferred
- Basic computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- UAE driving license required
