Job Purpose
Oversee order planning, execution, and inventory control while ensuring seamless coordination across functions. Contribute to sales and business targets through efficient inventory management and on-time deliveries.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan vehicle orders in SAP based on annual sales targets and confirmed customer POs
- Prioritize order placement and production schedules to ensure timely fulfillment
- Align order planning with inventory availability to maintain optimal stock levels
- Track order status, allocation, and delivery schedules in SAP, taking ownership to resolve delays
- Manage monthly shipment planning with principal office to ensure availability and optimized cash flow
- Analyze demand trends, sales patterns, and backlog to optimize orders and resource utilization
- Ensure compliance with pricing, commercial terms, and credit limits while planning orders
- Monitor backlog and demand in SAP to execute timely order placement or stock replenishment
- Plan and manage inventory levels in line with annual budget and sales targets
- Ensure availability of finished vehicles/equipment while controlling excess and slow-moving stock
- Monitor inventory across stock yards, customs, ports, and in-transit for accurate stock visibility
- Track inventory aging and identify risks of blockage or obsolescence
- Allocate vehicles to the sales team for delivery preparation per confirmed customer PO
- Prepare period MIS reports on order, inventory and stock
- Track key KPIs such as order fulfillment, inventory turnover, and delivery adherence
- Provide accurate and timely data to management for decision-making
- Coordinate with Finance for stock updating, pricing and inventory budget related topics
- Coordinate with Logistics for Customs clearance, stock movement supports
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Finance, and Logistics to ensure smooth order execution
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Commerce
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial reporting, MIS or similar role
- Order & Inventory Management is an added advantage
Knowledge & Skills
- Excel: Strong skills including advanced functions, pivot tables, and reporting
- ERP Systems: Working knowledge, SAP preferred
Power BI & Automation: Proficient in reporting and process automation tools - Communication & Coordination: Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
- Attention to Detail & Execution: High accuracy and focus on timely completion
