Job Purpose

To implement transformation strategy by drawing together expertise in the program and project management disciplines and delivering the following:

  • Design of project programs and individual projects, including scope, tasks and timeline
  • Delivery of project programs and individual projects
  • Progress tracking and reporting
  • Following the set transformation agenda

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the process and tools for monitoring, tracking and reporting on the overall transformation projects for CTC
  • Develop and implement tracking and reporting tools for core business programs in partnership with the group transformation office, HR, IT and external vendors
  • Design project, programs, scopes and timelines, identify tasks and assign task owners
  • Apply standard management methods to help prioritize initiatives and anticipates issues
  • Update dashboards, tools, and system and ensure regular and timely updates through close coordination with stakeholders
  • Support group transformation office in collecting information and documenting progress of initiatives (reports, analysis, emerging issue logs, etc.)
  • Lead collection and organization of relevant data for initiative planning and analysis
  • Monitor projects/programs progress against plan and flag delays
  • Identify and highlight issue that merit further investigation
  • Track financial and non-financial costs and benefits (impact) of initiatives and overall projects

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Master Degree or higher, preferably in business administration or finance field

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of consulting experience in automotive, preferably in operational consulting company  (lean management, TPS etc.)
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project management
  • Deep understanding of project design, transformation and initiative management
  • Experience of managing high performing teams

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office tools
  • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on customer success
