Job Purpose

The People Experience Senior Lead is accountable for the end-to-end management, execution, and continuous improvement of People Experience operations, with primary ownership of onboarding and offboarding processes, employee lifecycle administration, and employee relations execution.

The role directly manages People Experience Specialists and is responsible for day-to-day operational delivery, quality, compliance, and SLA adherence across onboarding, offboarding, probation management, employee documentation, and related employee experience touchpoints.

This position is a hands-on people manager and delivery owner, ensuring that employee experience processes are efficient, compliant, consistently applied, and embedded across the organization, while maintaining high service standards and audit readiness.

Job Requirements

Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Quality Management or Business Administration.
Experience
•    5+ years of experience in HR Operations / People Experience / Employee Lifecycle management.
•    Demonstrated experience managing HR operational teams.
•    Strong hands-on ownership of onboarding and offboarding operations.
•    Exposure to ISO standards, audits, or quality management frameworks.

Knowledge & Skills

•    Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employee lifecycle practices.
•    Proven ability to manage teams, SLAs, and service quality.
•    Strong operational mindset with attention to detail and compliance.
•    Ability to influence managers and drive adoption without escalation.
•    Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
•    High standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct
