Job Purpose
Planning Engineer is responsible for Preparation of Project plan , Tracking Updating includes Engineering, Procurement , production for Manufacturing of Electrical Control & Relay panels LV panel manufacturing to ensure timely project execution, optimal resource utilization, and on-time delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- Preparation of Project Base line Plan , updating the Project progress throughout the Project period using Ms project
- Liase with Engineering, procurement & production to track the Project progress and update the Plan,
- Prepare & submit Weekly/Monthly Reports internally & externally to customer.
- Tracking of project invoicing.
- .Maintain Daily , Monthly reports for all projects including engineering , procurement & Production.
- Maintain planning data in ERP/systems.
- Ensure projects are completed within planned timelines.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering
Experience
- 2 to 3 years experience in planning – MS project on Industrial /EPC projects.
Knowledge & Skills
- MS project
- Microsoft Office – Excel
