Job Purpose

To achieve monthly and annual sales targets by managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, for construction equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.

Job Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and develop new customer accounts in target sector
  • Conduct product presentations, site visits, and technical discussions with clients
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals in coordination with sales leadership
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and execution of deals
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and share insights with the team
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting in CRM and sales trackers
  • Provide post-sales support and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Experience
  • Minimum 4–6 years in direct sales, preferably in construction or capital equipment

Knowledge & Skills

  • Solid understanding of CE equipment and applications
  • Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • UAE/GCC market awareness
  • CRM and MS Office proficiency
  • UAE driving license required
