Job Purpose

To properly address customer requirements in order to meet the sales target and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handles external / internal customer’s queries properly in order to ensure their requirements are met.
  • Maintains a prospecting system to ensure additional business and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
  • Handle walk in customers and telephonic queries in a prompt manner ensuring all customer requirements are met.
  • Keeps himself abreast with product information, features, accessories, market/competitor information in order to provide the necessary information to customers and aid them in their buying decision.
  • Raise invoices / sales slips / obtain credit authorization to ensure timely closure of the sales deal.
  • Maintain Customer relationship thereby ensuring customer retention.
  • Implement sales strategies to reduce stock.
  • Advise management of loss sales / parts non availability for management to take appropriate action.
  • Advise customer on Parts availability feedback, New promotions / offers and new requirements of parts for fleet customers
  • Handle sales as per company guidelines to avoid any discrepancies in sales.
  • Timely submission of required reports for management review
  • Handles high net worth / export customer to generate sales.
  • Handles escalated branch matters to ensure smooth operations at branch.

Job Requirements

Qualifications
Vocational certification / diploma / High School preferably with an automobile background

Experience
5-7 years’ experience where 2 years in a similar role preferably within the same industry

Knowledge & Skills

  • Highly customer oriented with excellent negotiation skills and influencing skills Well organised & effective plans in all situations. 
  • Methodical approach for  better inputs, result and target oriented 
  • Should be familiar with the Spare Parts business.
  • Should necessarily be fluent in English and Arabic
  • Should Possess a valid UAE driving license
  • Can work under pressure with deadlines and able to work independently.
  • Sets and achieve highest work standard at all the times.
  • Good analytical skills and technical expertise 
  • EPC knowledge and DMS & Brio operating knowledge
